Jokes aside, friend who learned fluent spanish set everything in his life as default spanish (devices, movies, etc) for like 6-12 mo. Said it really helped.

I pretty much go to Spain every year for a month. Plus live 15 mins from the border of Mexico. I get good while immersed but it wears off quickly when I’m home.

take a trip for a week to a Spanish-speaking country and mingle with the locals : )
