The last two people I tried to onboard got trapped in the account creation process because of what sounds like a UI bug. One of them was my prepaid invite, the other spent their own money. This seems like a big problem for onboarding. Who on the team should I be tagging about this type of thing?

I think he you should ask him if the first letter of his email was a block letter because I had similar issues

I had this same issue. I had to resume the "create account" and then back out midway through the process so that it would prompt me to save the seed phrase. Then went back in to "recover account", used the seed phrase, and it finally let me in.
