The last two people I tried to onboard got trapped in the account creation process because of what sounds like a UI bug. One of them was my prepaid invite, the other spent their own money. This seems like a big problem for onboarding. Who on the team should I be tagging about this type of thing?

Dud this has been happening to me for months now lmao. One of the reasons why I stopped onboarding people. Only reason I bet
