Here's a fun theoretical question for you Whether you're an artist or not Say you had to pick an art form right now - One you've never touched before - and commit to practicing and working with it everyday for 3 months. What medium or art form would you pick?

Hmmm probably some sort of coding. Less to be able to create but more to be able to understand those that can codes artistic intention more. Great question though mate. 100 $degen

Generative art, in an abstract direction - most likely focused on highly textured works!

This sounds like a 3 month tryst! It would have to be something sensual, like clay, for such an intense romance πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

wood block printing something badass about needing to carve each layer out of wood before you can print them - very laborious tho

If it can be a variation of a current it would be lost wax ceramic shell bronze casting. I have only done sand casting so far. The levels of detail and patterns are unlimited with lost wax but I need so much equipment and space it’s just out of reach at the moment. Hopefully someday I can get there.

Real life giant sculptures. Just real life sculpturing in general. It's a dream to be able to do the big ones. But for now I am stuck with doing them on my computer πŸ˜€

I would choose digital art because not only it is convenient, more people are interested in those kind of arts compared to the traditional arts. Doing that will give me enough money and time while getting a new skill

I’m already a woodworker but would love to learn more to work with metal (welding, etc) both for use in furniture but also sculpture and abstract wall art that blends the rustic feel of wood with the industrial feel of metal
