A future rabbit hole of mine involves trying to see if there’s a way to replenish balanced adenosine activity in absence of caffeine But today is not that day lmao +1 for a fellow caffeine-reset advocate

The two things I’ve found to help “burn off” adenosine outside of caffeine: 1) adequate sleep 2) morning movement + sunlight Basically getting your circadian rhythm back on track Not the most satisfying answer, but it is what it is
