Does it really cost $25 per year per channel or is that just a one time fee?

I feel like I only paid once for my channels?

It’s per year to my understanding but it seems that they’re doing a lot of revamping to channels in general

That was my understanding but when I went to go do a purchase just now, it said it’d be $25 per year. 

Doesn’t sound right unless if there was a change.

I didn’t plan on renewing many and was told we have a grace period but never told how long it is. 

It was taken by many to assume channels weren’t a high priority.

It should be one time but don't knw the changes now a days have here 😁

My guess is that channels were implemented without recurring payments, with the plan being to implement recurring payments before the first year of channels as a feature was elapsed. But such development didn't happen, so that effectively makes the payment one-time.

I also only paid once for my channel, funny enough I have abandoned the channel 🤩
