Itâs not normal It could be yoga/stretching, walking/running, pilates, boxing, lifting weights, etc as long as you keep your body active. Donât get to your 50s and think youâre too old for this shit. My Grandma still goes for walks every morning and Iâm definitely weaker than herđ
