This is your sign to take any form of training seriously. Youāre young and already having back pains? Itās not normal It could be yoga/stretching, walking/running, pilates, boxing, lifting weights, etc as long as you keep your body active. Donāt get to your 50s and think youāre too old for this shit. My Grandma still goes for walks every morning and Iām definitely weaker than herš
