Found a bug with the VSCode extension – selecting a thread to navigate to it causes the entire extension panel to freeze, while the rest of my IDE panels still remain interactive. The IDE periodically keeps showing me this alert until I hit "Reopen".

Trying the VSCode extension now. Storing tasks in a working TODO list is what every other coding agent seems to be missing right now. Nicely done.

I'm attempting to build a thing I've wanted to have for years but don't have all the knowledge myself to do it. I'm doing it entirely with AI agents (Claude Code so far). The only thing holding me up is hitting usage limits on my subscription. I'll try using amp again when that next occurs!

Feedback: it should read from Claude Code's CLAUDE.md or OpenCode's AGENTS.md instead of AGENT.md. Been testing lots of different CLI agents lately and the top-level .md files are starting to pile up.

Allowing amp to just 'pick up from where claude left off' would make a big difference for me. If I've put time and effort in 'Claude.md' files, it's a blocker to switching over if I then have to move that content - especially if there are multiple, nested ones in a big project.

would love credits! whats the most useful type of feedback i can offer? been playing with cli coding agents over the last couple days on my mac m3 2024. Amp sits in the upper echelons alongside amazon q, atlassian rovodev, qodo & claude code. better than gemini & opencode. happy to dive into details 100 $hunt

I've been trying it out for a few different things - I'd love some credit's if they're going! I mostly use it for more complex tasks (given the spend in comparison to claud/gemini/gpt) but it's definitely been incredibly useful so far. I wish there was a way to get it to _not_ give code responses straight away, it works more to dispatch complex tasks to rather than to help ideate (otherwise it just runs away).
