Today anthropic refused to do as I asked with a content filter error - via both Claude and amp. The grossly offending request? To add the text of the AGPL licence to my project's repos.

Today's batch of rocket fuel (aka cold brew) is ready. 6 aeropress spoons of freshly ground beans, as coarse as my grinder will go, into an old Hellman's mayonnaise jar, filled with filtered water and into the fridge for 12 hours. Then strain into an ex whiskey bottle.

The photo is from a previous visit but we've just got back from our favourite Carribean place - Taste of Turner, Sully, South Wales Got chatting to a couple from Barbados who said they couldn't have cooked it better at home. Feeling vindicated!

My current thinking on using claude and amp... I've already paid good money for a 12 month claude subscription. I want my money's worth from that, so I'll use it as much as it lets me. Whenever the usage runs out, I swap to amp. I keep my setup as agent agnostic as I can possibly manage. When my subscription expires, I'll re-evaluate.

Anyone got a good way to use claude custom commands within an amp session? I have several commands defined in claude's commands directories. They're just reusable prompts. Some are standalone and I can just pipe those to amp. Others are for running within a session. (Tried asking this in the amp discord but got nowhere. Should have tried FC first)!

For his entire adult life, my father kept a notebook where he recorded his main economic measure of how he was doing: Pints per hour. That's earned income expressed in the number of pints of beer it could purchase at that time in the location he was living per hour worked to gain that income. I wonder what he'd have made of crypto.
