What are you all having for dinner tonight? Hereās my plan: I had too many yellow heirloom tomatoes from the garden and couldnāt eat another tomato sandwich so Iām making a simple soup! Roasted the tomatoes with onion and garlic for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Added veg stock and purĆ©ed with a handheld immersion blender. Planning to add a little heavy cream and garnish with parsley, and will serve with some grilled cheese sandwiches.

@dawufi we established garnish does not count as a topping so what topping would you recommend for this soup?

Iām not @dawufi even though some people think so. Even so I suggest skipping parsley and trying some of these bad boys: - donāt overthink: fresh cracked pepper - better than parsley: basil - not everyoneās cuppa: crushed thyme All of those work with a grilled cheese pairing.
