the idea is using eth for staking and restaking yield, then use the restaked eth as collateral to borrow stable for ethena yield😅😅😅

For staked - most, for restaked, fewer but I think you can loop leverage staking with Gear Protocol (gotta be a bit of a size queen - minimum position size is 25 ETH equivalent)

There's seneca in arbitrum that uses a derivative through pendle called PT-rsETH from kelp or PT-eETH from etherfi to borrow sUSD, then you can sell for ETH
