The upcoming beta test is related ONLY to the new feature. We've picked users based on the criteria we needed. Beta test invites don't give you any benefits. If you've been using V1 and V2 testnet, it also doesn't give you any opportunities to be picked. Once again, we've picked users based on our tech needs.
