Iām getting hitched in 6 months and desperately need to get in shape to fit into a suit. im overweight but have a history of being fit so I know the steps. starting off at 0 pull-ups, let the accountability begin.

This so much. Bundling now incentives for me. Not eat chocolate today = buy coffee in fancy place tomorrow
