Applying some product distribution learnings from Moshicam Aura for our next push. Aura was our first dedicated effort to reach non crypto native users. - we developed our distribution playbook. first time focusing on IG + TikTok instead of twitter + FC. Hit an initial hurdle of getting ugc videos made, and ultimately ig stories outperformed ugc - Content market fit. Identify a focused niche early using content to save time building - Build the product with sharing in mind. Make it easy to make content about. sharable results, recordable screens - dont think of people outside of crypto as simply "non crypto users", the rest of the world is too general of an identifier to be useful to build a targeted product. seems pretty obvious now but an easy trap to fall for us in crypto trying to cross the gap

running models locally feels like magic and im excited to see it become more widespread. Having intelligence self contained in the machine feels much closer to robots you see in sci-fi. R2d2 didnt need wifi and a subscription to function
