i don't get protein shakes tbh like do u really need that much protein, just eat some eggs or something?

Getting 100g or 150g protein a day is for most Western people impossible without Protein add-ons. If you’re diet is mediterranean or Japanese you prob need less. Today you can just substitute high calories, carb foods for Proteins - though I don‘t like too much inorganic food either.
