It's exciting and frightening. What patterns are you seeing?

Going through this process with alpha users right now. Feels like walking a razor blade of expectations vs results.

PG is always a good  source of knowledge.

He was our mentor in YC and his advice then was equally as good.

He described our MVP as a birthday cake and said now we need to put the candles on the cake to draw the people to it.
