Going through this process with alpha users right now. Feels like walking a razor blade of expectations vs results.

Hardest thing learning to set expectations. Like, “we’re still building and you are part of it. “ Now catching up to setting expectations a bit ahead of time.

Customers have been engaged for a long time, but now they are in the sandbox with us.
