That’s…kinda the point. Ivan & his team might want to make a better off-boarding flow. But Julie down in data science doesn’t, because it makes number go up (or down, I guess)

Ivan is, on the whole, okay with that though

my point is that there are other considerations when you have some kind of continuous social relationship with someone vs. them just being a number in your database.
