Took 3 days off and it was absolutely the right thing to do. I had to fight some anxiety around not working bc of the ubiquitous founder grindset psyop But I needed the rest and now Iâm even more excited to work tomorrow Moving fast, sloppy, and tired ainât it. If itâs work worth doing, itâs worth doing with room for rest
