I'm confused. Why does he suggest that people contact law enforcement if they have a miscarriage if he's also warning that people can get in trouble with the law for having one? And wtf does "chewing on a Dreamsicle" mean? (I'm being super critical of news writing these days. Always curious about how much AI is used)
