What *is* a romance anime? My husband asked me what my favorite ones have been.
Initially, I was thinking it had to be a story in which the romance is essential for the plot (Horimiya, Love is Hard for Otaku, Toradora...).

Possible cooking hot take: unless you're making a condiment (e.g. chili oil), smashed garlic cloves can replace minced garlic in a recipe.
