Evergreen difficult question. First things that come to mind: Center the human not the product. So that would mean no shilling your work, but you can talk about the experience of creating it. No art, but the artist can share their experience. More lounge, less gallery. FarcastHER is an oasis, a place to refill your cup, but for most people I would expect/hope it’s not your primary channel. I don’t feel too strongly about these, they are just my first thoughts so wanted to share them to spark discussion. Great idea to revisit norms every so often 🫶

I’d love it to be more learnings than feelings - sharing thoughts, observations or stuff from around the web we can all learn from/makes us think - more than feelings. Has to be a place for the feelings support too, but it’s hard to make an engaging channel which is both?

Personally, I just appreciate a safe space where I can feel comfortable being myself; the intimidation factor drops when I enter this channel. I work in field where females constitute only 25% of the professionals. The majority are in support roles. Here in crypto land, the stats are even slimmer. Thank you all for hosting this channel and making me feel welcome.
