i’ve been too depressed to post or engage much online these last weeks

therapy has been intense, and it’s bringing up a lot of old memories and feelings that have been challenging to deal with

every conversation just reminds me of some fucked up thing no one wants to hear about. dozens and dozens of fucked up things are just constantly floating up to the surface

i’m getting through them, though. i know it will all be for the best, and i’m excited to see what it’s like on the other side
