This morning I'm getting an infusion like I do every other week. I'm grateful for free Canadian healthcare and the fact that I can get a nurse to come to my house and administer it. π It's not easy living with Fabry disease but I guess I make due.

I guess you are collecting your enzyme replacement therapy, they are pretty expensive, but good healthcare provides the best for you at affordable cost. Really glad you can benefit from it, it really isnβt easy living with it, but you are doing it and I am super glad to have you as a friendβ€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ

Yes, enzyme replacement. It is very expensive indeed. How did you know?

Oh cool! I do meet doctors that have never heard of it but sometimes they mention learning about it briefly in med school.

Oh, itβs not their fault though, the amounts of diseases in Medicine are too many to keep track of, everyday we learn of a new one too, medicine keeps evolvingπ
