my fav ways to consume it: 1 - lil maple syrup, heaping teaspoon of matcha, hot water ofc, whisked to foamy perfection 2 - post-workout smoothie: 8oz carrot juice, 1/2 banana, 1/2 avo, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, thick pinch of any microgreens, small scoop of electrolyte powder, 1/4 tsp tumeric, heaping teaspoon of matcha, scoop of protein powder

I added a couple tablespoons of almost boiling water, mixed it up real good. Then added it to milk mixed with sugar on ice and just stirred it up. I think you can use heated milk too if you want a hot drink. But don't put boiling water with the powder, that's all I know for sure.

I use hot water to 176 degrees and blend with a hand frother and then I heat some almond milk in the microwave for 20 seconds and then froth that and make an almond milk latter. Although recently, I've been making my own almond/pischachio milk mix and I've been using that.
