1. Soft fresh cheese like full fat cottage cheese/olive oil with ripe mulberries/splash of sherry or red wine vinegar
2. Pastry cream, tart brisee, mare de bois strawberry, and fresh basil
3. Golden raspberry, white chocolate, mint
4. Foie gras, candied apricot, fresh thyme, black pepper, raw fatty nut shaved like MACademia or Marcona
