Tried out a new sous-vide machine today and it immediately hazed me. Culinary gods demanded a character building moment, apparently

My cat loves hanging out on my shoulder, but only if I lift her up there or offer it when she’s already at shoulder height.
I’m trying to teach her to jump into my arms from the ground and climb up on her own.
Today she attempted it… by scaling my legs and back like a tree.
I’m covered in scratches, but honestly?
We might be one chaotic step closer to full cat-initiated shoulder mode! My long term goal is to incorporate this skill into our catwalks

Nominating @esteez.eth for #farcasterrpgfspring2025 for her incredible work leading Farcon 2025 - one of the most ambitious community-led efforts we’ve seen in the Farcaster ecosystem.
Emma led the entire production from end to end: venue scouting nearly a year out, securing sponsorships, managing budgets, designing programming, and coordinating a team of volunteers across time zones. The result? Three official Farcon events, 50+ community-led side events, and a multi-day experience that brought Farcasters from around the world together IRL.
But what made it special wasn’t just the scale - it was the curation. Emma set a high-trust tone and created moments that felt generous, meaningful, and deeply community-first. From spicy hot wings to mainstage talks, product demos, and best-in-class NYC catering, every detail reflected thought and care.
Farcon 2025 wasn’t just a conference - it was a proof of concept for how decentralized gatherings can be both expansive and grounded. And Emma made it happen.

NYC Cookie Lovers! I Need You! 🍪☕️
Currently testing the next evolution of the chocolate chip cookie using S-tier ingredients you can’t even find in the U.S.
Bottom left: 84 hr rested CCCC (coffee butter chocolate chip cookie)
The others: 27.5 hr rested CCC
Been deep in the science of infused butters, using rare coffee beans to create butter that actually tastes like the brew - rich, aromatic, and a little wild.
Next up: 84 hr vs. 72 hr showdown. Only about 100 batches to go… and I’m building a small crew of NYC cookie tasters to help refine the recipe.
☕️ The darker cookie in pics is the coffee butter version - moody, complex, and dangerously good.
