The produce at normal (fka middle class) grocery stores goes bad much faster now Bought a box of organic strawberries yesterday, and a few were already covered with mold this morning Rarely happens with produce from upper class stores (eg. Whole Foods). Yet another way the growing class disparity is felt (but hidden)

Gotta handle produce after purchasing so it lasts longer Eg soaking strawberries in water + baking soda before drying + storing in the fridge
