do not drink caffeine after noon it will kill your sleep quality tonight which will take at least 2 weeks of no caffeine in the afternoon to recover back to normal sleep and if you consistently drink caffeine after noon your productivity plummets due to bad sleep

Partially agree, what about people that only get profuctive at night? Me for example, i do most of my work when thereβs dark and silence, when i know everybody is asleep. (I do still wake up at 6-7 with 4 hours sleep)

Have to agree. Reduced caffeine last Nov and eliminated it Jan. I have more energy now. (Started about 2 weeks after like you said) Sleep better. Less fatigue.

we drink a typic liquor of coffee here my productivity is okay but my forever imsommia may was caused by drinking it in industrial amounts at nights π (this is why I don't drink caffeine now)
