do not drink caffeine after noon it will kill your sleep quality tonight which will take at least 2 weeks of no caffeine in the afternoon to recover back to normal sleep and if you consistently drink caffeine after noon your productivity plummets due to bad sleep

Have to agree. Reduced caffeine last Nov and eliminated it Jan. I have more energy now. (Started about 2 weeks after like you said) Sleep better. Less fatigue.
