do not drink caffeine after noon it will kill your sleep quality tonight which will take at least 2 weeks of no caffeine in the afternoon to recover back to normal sleep and if you consistently drink caffeine after noon your productivity plummets due to bad sleep

Partially agree, what about people that only get profuctive at night? Me for example, i do most of my work when there’s dark and silence, when i know everybody is asleep. (I do still wake up at 6-7 with 4 hours sleep)

there are no such people, as well as there are no night owls every person is a morning lark when they fix their sleep habits what you have is lack of control of your life that you need to fix you will most likely be more productive than ever if you finally turn off distractions during the day and fix your sleep schedule
