pro tip: do not "just for the fun of it" look at apartments without your max budget filter applied

you will come across your dream apartment and it will only be juuuust enough out of your budget that it's not possible :,)

haha yeah. we need to hit the $3-4k range to find a nice place, I hate looking.

it's sooo easy to do it in montreal too haha like a $200 difference can be *massive* at certain thresholds
