Do u like to get ur exercise done first thing in the morning or prefer post-work/evening? I'm noticing hiit & cardio days is best in the morning and strength training in the afternoon

same here, have not done weights in the morning since the time i sleepily dropped a dumbbell on my finger. ripped the nail clean off 😬

the crazy thing is it took like almost a full minute to feel pain. adrenaline is wild. caffeine, vapes, and even coke are rookie numbers. i introduce to you: MicroEpi, a dosed epipen to replace your 5-hour energy
