yep. it’s like it’s always buffering until it reaches the highest quality mid video versus buffering once and keeping highest quality when the video starts playing again (twitter used to be the same).

Does the quality switch to better in the middle ? 

Yeah looks like the feedback has been inconsistent too, different loading on different devices hmm.

it’s kinda inconsistent. the test is buffering and switches quality in the middle, even on 2nd or 3rd plays. the other one was more pixelated and then now it’s alright.

Yes. They *both* start out a bit unclear and then clear up. But...the "test" one is even less clear *and* takes a lot longer to clear up. Towards the end they are about the same.

2nd one less artefact-y and generally more clear

The testing one is worse( video quality) I think
