hit this new PR of 15 pull ups a week or two ago but first time capturing on camera 💪 it's not uncommon for me to hit a pr and then for the next few times only be able to get like 75% of the reps, but i just keep doing them everyday and little by little it gets easier

Hell yeah. What's your pull up training look like? I do 100 pullups every other day, 10x10 varying grips but I'm hitting a wall for my PR at 20. Feels like I either need more volume, better form, or I need to start doing weighted pullups. https://farcaster.xyz/kyletut/0x48a7e000

I have no clue how people hit PRs so frequently 🤯 Fo me it happens once in several month 🥲 One thing I noticed is that you don’t use any straps to facilitate the grip. Not sure if it is intentionally but they can significantly help to focus on the right muscles during an exercise. It is true for most of pulls, heavy presses also benefit from better wrist stability (though it requires not straps but slightly different thing)
