1.5 years into being a founder: my biggest surprise has been the physical toll. Any others go through the same journey? 6 hours in a desk chair, 8 hours laying down on my couch, 14 hour work days. Trying to fix that now! But itβs like starting at square one. If I run 3 miles Iβm wiped.

Bro congrats on the powerful realization to change your habits! This is literally step 1. Donβt even worry about the three miles π Start by reducing sugar man. Lots of water. Nice sleep. Get out of the house, even 20 minutes a day, and WALK. You can start by walking and moving your arms around like a crazy cringe guy, it is fine. Movement as a basis, from there youβll build an entire new you π€© whenever in need of support or guidance my DCs are open. We got you π€πππ
