one thought on this desire for composability is that the pain point to feature surface area becomes infinite

the engineering mind and the community at large tends to want the swiss army knife 

the individual will act when they have a sharp problem and a solution is presented

and then sales process and price gets convoluted when the user needs to understand the whole package when they just wanted a $5 corkscrew to open their bottle of wine

Not a bad idea. Would make bootstrapping alternative Farcaster clients a little easier if they could just embed the parts they don't want to re-implement.

what I like so much about Ink and Switch/Georfrey’s work is how detailed everything is, how many different angles are explored, using first computing/design principles, and continuing with common interests

and what I like about the idea of malleable software (in a nutshell) is for users to be able to use and make tools that feel more native to their own use cases
