Does the recovery system store the seed phrase for each account? Is it the same if an existing wallet is linked to the account? Is that storage secure? That information is crucial and should be protected above all else. @dwr.eth

Its been stated that the spam label was removed, but accounts that were previously marked as spam still appear to be in the same condition. Why is this? 2. Is there a chance to obtain power badge even the account was labeled as spam before?
