devoured devotion: this spot for croissants > gjusta as soon as i entered the shop this morning, the aroma hit me, and i knew this was one of those moments, devouring my first bite of the day. instantly, anthony bourdain’s line came to mind: “eating with abandon couldn’t be more of a turn-on; it shows you’re comfortable with yourself.” that bite embodied the belief i cherish - - the state i want to live in, for the mission i’m called to build, from the table to doing life and in bed with my future wife and everywhere else. to let passion expose mediocraity so that unseriousness for cherish and live life REALLY well can dissipate 18” + away from my sights and fingertips. this shop embodies the crafted love and devotion by clémence and the team.
