Man crypto has really trained me to not trust any links and to triple check everything. Basic sites like Uniswap, OpenSea, Metamask I find myself checking if it's the real thing so many times despite the fact I've used the links hundreds of times before. Anyone else this paranoid or just me?

Good idea to learn how to look at a contracts source code and decode the transaction call data to make sure nothing fishy is going on. Blind signing still scares the shit out of me but I haven’t found a good way to mitigate that risk. Any ideas?

Same. I’m actually building my own superdapp right now where I can interact with all of the contracts I want directly without 3rd party websites. The second best solution I’ve seen is Rabby desktop where you have to white list websites.

It’s a real threat that’s hard for the protocols to address themselves. Over at sizzle.fi, we are making sure the protocols that list on our front end are not deceivingly similar to the popular protocols. Kind of like apple’s app store (but without the insane commission).
