FC observation of the day The joy and goodwill I feel towards the whole ecosystem just keeps increasing for me Even after not being on too much over the last couple weeks bc I was heads-down on other work, coming back and seeing all the new experimentation and alignment of everyone here just separates it even further from Twitter in my mind I'm bullish FC

Thanks shira And totally agree. We already have experimentation in our docs. Alignment is really interesting. Aligned groups can be exceptionally productive. But in a social network aligning on the โwrongโ thing can lead to group think and exclusion. I think FC is values-aligned which is what leads to a better experience here. Values: Builder, respect, positive sum, experimentation, optimism, etc

Very true Was talking about this with @coachcoale the other week The fact that it's a place that *truly* celebrates experimentation means that people *do* experiment Twitter celebrates successful experimentation (see VC Twitter, big thinkbois, celebrates progress), but not so much in-process experimentation Farcaster is different

Amen. Optimization: Alignment between values and behaviors. So if we say "experimentation" is a value, is everyone clear about what it looks like?
