gm Fitcasters! Let’s get after it today! What is your focus at the gym? Workout update: working out a bit later (lunch hour) but the focus for me today is high intensity/high volume… basically heart rate will be up and a lot of machines will be involved 🙃

No gym today, pushing a stroller 13 miles round trip to the library with one of my littles. Get some sun. Does that count? My legs will think so in the morning!
