Went Huso in TriBeCa, a tasting menu restaurant hidden inside a caviar shop last night ran by 2x Top Chef winner Chef Buddha Lo. This was the final dish lol.

Thatβs not real caviar BUT caviar was paired with every dish. It was chocolate pebbles made to look like a caviar dish π The floral dish is here is lobster, trout roe, avocado.
