Went Huso in TriBeCa, a tasting menu restaurant hidden inside a caviar shop last night ran by 2x Top Chef winner Chef Buddha Lo.

This was the final dish lol.

That’s not real caviar BUT caviar was paired with every dish. It was chocolate pebbles made to look like a caviar dish 😆

The floral dish is here is lobster, trout roe, avocado.

Bluefin tuna, blood orange, watermelon radish on left and apricot, sheep’s milk yogurt, magnolia honey on right.

Great! It was like 3 hours long haha.

I haven’t been to many other tasting menu spots in NYC, but I imagine this comes close to them.

Lol no chocolate ball covered tiramisu dessert made to look like it.

Solid gimmick ngl.
