They haven’t announced officially but it’s been mentioned in passing. New protocol was only launched on base. Should probably be a bigger deal considering how much orphaned  art is over there now

Bridging and supporting multiple chains was a lot of friction.

Consolidating to wherever attention is probably will do well in this market lull. Base success feels like ETH’s consumer success at this point.

Right but what happens to all the stuff created over there. Just gone I guess

I imagine they archive it and give folks the opportunity to redeploy on Base?

I think Manifold has a feature making it possible to move art across chains. I don’t know how it works though. I’m going to have a legit freak out if it’s just dust. I have so many pieces of art there. I am optimistic there will be a solution 

Side note, weren’t they talking about an airdrop a while back?
