1.5 years into being a founder: my biggest surprise has been the physical toll. Any others go through the same journey? 6 hours in a desk chair, 8 hours laying down on my couch, 14 hour work days. Trying to fix that now! But itβs like starting at square one. If I run 3 miles Iβm wiped.

then run that 3 miles at a zone2 pace. restart from the basics.

not a problem. restart from there. consistency is key. try to increase the mileage 10% per week until you reach a good for you distance. then try increasing the pace.
