1.5 years into being a founder: my biggest surprise has been the physical toll. Any others go through the same journey? 6 hours in a desk chair, 8 hours laying down on my couch, 14 hour work days. Trying to fix that now! But it’s like starting at square one. If I run 3 miles I’m wiped.

For real. Was shocked when lifting and having fun working out helped my vo2 max more than running a lot.

Usually run 30 then lift 45 minutes. Do you lift/etc. for the full time?

I think if you run and then lift it messes with your gains? I had been running several days a week and I turned it to one zone 2 day, 1 specific vo2 max sprint day, and lifting a few other days. But now I’m back doing MMA and trying to figure out how to fit back in running and lifting.

You could also just walk. Get into zone 2.
