I just got a gym membership. What should I do next? I have 2 goals. 1. Lose ~7 kgs to hit 75kg. That's my optimum height to weight tario. 2. @chinmay.eth that's great! Lift weights. Stretch. Add some cardio. Train at least 3 times a week. Less than that is nothing! Lifign weights burn fat more than people can imagine. Stretching resets your body. Do both. No fucking excuses. Add some walking, eat more protein than carbs and stay consistent. That’s the game.
