I just got a gym membership. What should I do next? I have 2 goals. 1. Lose ~7 kgs to hit 75kg. That's my optimum height to weight tario. 2. Build flexibility and strength, especially undo the harm done by my desk job. Open to suggestions and share my results here on a weekly basis. cc: @iamtherealyakuza.eth

I normally got hard at it for a few days and then hit the pubs twice as hard and forget I took out gym membership. So def don't do that lol
